Hello! I know its a while, but I was curious - in your previous video you said that milk and soya make you feel very bad, but it did not show up in the results here. Did they explain that? Thank you.
I have ulcerative colitis and that condition can get triggered by certain foods. According to my doctor, a lot of people with gastro issues can't tolerate soy. And as for the milk, it's the lactose in milk that can cause inflammation in your gi tract so now I actually use lactaid brand dairy products and it doesn't bother me.

Did you just do one workbook page a day? Like 1 day you just do workbook page 1 and then the next day you do workbook page 2?
Yes, we did one worksheet per day when we used it. There were corresponding lesson numbers on the pages so we just started with lesson 1 and kept going.

I did mine recently on Lobo our GSD and he came up as 86% GSD, 4% Australian Cattle, 4% White Swiss Shepherd, 2% Australian Kelpie, 2% Bohemian Shepherd, 2% Berger Picard. He also came up with relatives.
Kitty just wants to sit/fit in the box! It's a cat thing. 🙂

Usually an average length book takes me about 2 hours to finish! My mom was a librarian and he taught me how to speed read which is unfortunately a trait you can't lose! No matter how hard I try, I end up speed reading because I am so used to it!

No I actually don't. I don't read non-fiction books honestly.
Interesting.... I know another subscriber to this box is having (and has had) some awful luck with this box and the customer help department set up to assist....
The best way I have contacted them was through Facebook. But they are a little slow to respond sometimes
I read my first Julie Klassen book last month which was An Ivy Hill Christmas so I might go back sometime and read the previous books in that series

Thank you for this info 😊 I know it’s been a year since you posted this video so have you reintroduce chicken or turkey and have you tested again?? Did you do anything else to help you heal your sensitivity??
Hi! Yes, I have reintroduced chicken and turkey both back into my diet but not in the heavy way I was eating them before. A reason why they said I had built an intolerance was because it was almost all I was eating. So after not eating them at all for 6 months, I started adding them back into my meat diet but slowly. Now I eat beef, chicken, lamb, turkey, and fish. And I try to not too much of one thing all at once. So one day I will eat fish, the other beef, and so on. That was the best way for me to overcome the sensitivity! I hope this helps!
